Upmatic Typ 3006 = full automatic double tube net clipper for filling weights from 0,5 kg up tp 5 kg. Suitable for all fine and coarse products in the food and non-food industries.

The Upmatic 3006 is extremely rugged and easy to operate. The continuous net is pulled from the tube pneumatically, clipped together at the bottom, filled with goods, clipped together at the top and labelled at the same time. The entire process is completely automatic and allows extremely high cycles.

As soon as the net has been processed on one of the tubes, the automatic clipper interrupts the process for a moment, swings the other tube into the working position and continues the filling and closing operation – everything being done completely automatically. While the machine works, the empty tube can be refilled with net.

The Upmatic 3006 is equipped with level grubs for height adjustment. Combination with all common weighing and dosing equipment is possible.

Upmatic 1351 = fully automatic filling and sealing machine for split-film woven polyethylene bags ranging from 2,5 kg to 25 kgs filled weight. According to the choice of packing material, it is suitable for all bulk and granular products of the food and non-food industries.
The Upmatic 1351 is extremely rugged and very easy to operate. The packing material comes from a roll, and by means of a thermal cutter it is separated except for a guide strip and is then conveyed under the filling hopper. After the bags have been filled, they are marked and sewn up during their subsequent conveyance. Finally the guide strip with the marking tape is cut between the pairs of rollers. All operations are infinitely variable and can be accurately synchronized with one another.
The machine can easily be adjusted to different bag sizes without tools.
The Upmatic 1351 is mounted on casters. One of the two casters is lockable. Combination with all common weighing and closing equipment is possible.

Upmatic Typ 606-4E = fully automatic box dispenser with a magazine capacity of approx. 600 boxes.

The Upmatic 606-4E seperates the boxes from the four magazines fully automatically. The boxes are sucked by a vacuum unit out of the magazine while the reserved boxes are hold tight pneumatically. The separated boxes are put down onto a transport belt. Then the boxes are conveyed separately or collected to the cassette belt.

When a magazine is empty the turning unit changes to the next magazine into the separation position (fully automatic).

The Upmatic 2000 IET is extremely rugged and very easy to operate. It can handle with ease all standard widths and thicknesses of sheeting, either as pre-made bags or from the roll as a sleeve. The PAPERflex bag of film/paper, laminate and PP, PE and PA etc. is manufactured directly in the machine, (sealing/cutting of sides, vent holes, handles and final sealing/closing of package.)

Film rolls of up to a capacity of 6000 bags are available. The speed of transport belt can steplessly be adjusted.

Upmatic 301 VCF = universal filling and closing machine for Carry-Fresh, Vertisac and other flat foil bags, max. bag width of 300mm, and max. bag length in one step of 460mm (double step possible).

The Upmatic 301 VCF is easy to operate and very rugged. The packing material comes from a roll and is pulled out by belts to the appropriate length, then sealed vertically and horizontally.

The Carry-Fresh bag has a banderole on the front and rear side which is sealed on the net over the whole length by separate sealing bars. By special means the sides are folded and bags with a special handle are created. Upmatic 301 VCF can be combined with common weighing and dosing equipment.

Upmatic 4080 = fully automatic packing machine for packing flexible packages in IFCO-boxes/Poolsteigen
400 x 600 mm and/or in grid boxes, cartons etc. with measurements of 600 x 800 mm

The Upmatic 4080 is very rugged and easy to operate.

The counted packages are conveyed via a transport belt to the storage belt. When a combined package is complete its conveyed to the positioning belt and pushed into the right dimensions.

A side pusher transports the packages to the grasping rake. The roboter takes the packages with its pneumatic moveable grasp and puts them down into the present box.

The pneumatic vibrating station is vibrating the packages during and also after the filling, in order to result an optimal packing density – it depends on the product and packing material.

As soon as the predefined quantity has been reached the complete vibrating station with box moves and at the same time puts an empty box for the next process.

Then the fork truck takes the full box out of the vibrating station and replaces it by an empty box

Number of packs for each box can freely be chosen according to customers´ requirements.

Upmatic 4125 = fully-automatic filling and closing machine for paper bags with or without handle from 5 kgs to 25 kgs filled weight. Suitable for all bulk and granular products from the food and non-food industries.

The Upmatic 4125 is extremely rugged and easy to operate.
The paper bags are taken from a magazine and are conveyed under the fillinghopper. They are opened pneumatically, filled and by passing the vibration system under the hopper the product is evenly spread in the bag. After the filling, the bag is pneumatically closed, sewn up and conveyed.

All adjustments to different bag sizes can easily be carried out without tools.

An industrial sewing machine, collecting belt and vacuum pump are supplied as standard equipment. Combination with all common weighing and dosing equipment is possible.
